Why don’t I see odd of winning for instant tickets anymore?

wheres the odds of winning the new years raffle? how many tickets are to be sold? 500000 it better be as i have purchased tickets and that’s what i expected, since there was no announcement of a change that would be fraud. I’m going to ask this on the live local radio stations and get everyone’s attention who buys these tickets
