Non-winning Tickets Aren’t Always Losers!

Ask any lottery player and they’ll tell you they’ve scratched a non-winning ticket from time to time. Now ask the winners of our recent second chance drawing what their non-winning tickets did for them!

Between May 1 and June 25, 2012, players mailed in their $5 non-winning Ohio Lottery tickets for the chance to win prizes and tickets to the Country Concerts in Fort Laramie and a grand prize trip for two to the CMA Country Music Awards in Nashville!

Ten winners received two three-day Country Concert event tickets, a preferred parking pass and two VIP passes! Take a look at our smiling winners below!
