NORTH CANTON – Steve and Chris Szuter describe their business Fiddlestix Billiard Café as fun, easy and profitable. This week the Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Fiddlestix as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of October 26, 2015.
It’s a father and son ownership team at Fiddlestix, located at 5350 Fulton Drive N.W., in Canton. The Szuters have been in the neighborhood for 15 years. This family run business has grown from selling a few instants behind the bar to one lottery register and a KENO kiosk. Fiddlestix now carries 25 instant games in the Instant Ticket Vending Machine.
Winning gets our customers going and we’re happy to assist. We have many regulars and we’ve seen them happy from simply winning to being able to get their car fixed with their winnings,” Deanna Szuter said. She added that Fiddlestix customers love KENO, and the $30 instant ticket has been a great seller. Fiddlestix has all lottery players’ needs from on-line games to Mega Millions, Powerball and Keno.
Lottery Sales Rep Faith Kemp said Fiddlestix lottery sales have been very good. They are knowledgeable about KENO and have fun selling lottery games.
Each week, the Ohio Lottery recognizes one outstanding retail partner who offers courteous service and sales enthusiasm. Retailer-of-the-Week is chosen based on recommendations from the store’s sales representative and regional sales office. Fiddlestix Billiard Café will be recognized on Cash Explosion® on October 31, 2015.
Stark County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WEWS Channel 5 in Cleveland. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
