Youngstown-It’s been said that success is the natural result of consistently applying fundamentals. With years of experience, owner Nick Catsoules says that is how he built his business, with consistency. The Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Gino’s Drive Thru, located at 988 E. Midlothian Blvd, as this week’s Retailer-of-the-Week.
Gino’s Drive Thru started selling Lottery in 1988. The Lottery business flourished because Catsoules catered to a flow of regular customers. Patty, the clerk, has been working the Lottery window from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., six days a week for 30 years. With fast and friendly service, and a lucky place to play Pick 3 and Pick 4, his regular Lottery players got consistency and trust was established. Today, the Drive Thru is one of the top retailers in the state for EZPlay games.
The Drive Thru has a Lottery window dedicated to displaying winning tickets that have been sold throughout the years. They use suggestive selling, to add on to a customer’s Lottery order. Catering to their loyal Pick 3 and Pick 4 players, they are always prepared, keeping cash on hand in order to redeem winning tickets. Gino’s Drive Thru carries 24 instant games with a $17,333 weekly sales average for on-line and instants.
Congratulations Gino’s Drive Thru
