Groundhog Day!

FB_groundhog_day_020215Usually we leave it up to the meteorologists to forecast the weather, but today is all about the groundhog. In case you haven’t heard, famed groundhog Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow which means an early spring! I’m excited about that, even though this has been a very mild winter across Ohio. Who would’ve thought we’d see temperatures in the 50’s in February? Early spring or not, I always look forward to all of the green returning to our landscape.  Leaves returning to the trees, flowers sprouting up and a nice sea of green grass in the back yard are refreshing to see. What’s your favorite feature of spring?

  1. No more cold days and rapping up in layers to were you can’t hardlymove and become worn out easier. Its a great day win it gets warm .less clothes meens freedom to move and not becoming worn out as easy. A plus, because your fingers and toes don’t get cold and frozen anymore and you have to go seek a heater thats good and warm to thaw them out and even when you do that, it seems like they hurt worse.Yes I can take the heat better than I can the cold .I welcome spring and the heat.come on spring don’t make that ground hog a lyer.bless us with the heat baby.r
