The holder of the February 15, 2016 Lucky for life, $1,000 a day prize claimed in trust. Trustee Mark Hura of Twinsburg claimed on behalf of the winner. Choosing the cash option, The Lucky Lottery Collection Trust receives a lump sum of $4,082,500 after mandatory federal and state taxes. Lakeside Plaza, 3180 Old Columbus Road in London, received a $57,500 bonus for selling the top prize-winning ticket.
Mary Swanson of Navarre won $5,500 and a top prize drawing entry on Cash Extravaganza. She has another chance to win the top prize of $250,000.
