SYLVANIA, OH – It’s all things Lottery at Clark Sylvania Marathon. They make sure regular players know all about lottery promotions and new games, and that’s why the Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Clark Sylvania Marathon as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of May 30, 2016.
Iven Sharrak owns Clark Sylvania Marathon, located at 5410 W. Alexis Road. Manager Brandon Tomczak describes the business as steady and regular, with a loyal customer base that results in high ticket sales. They have a dedicated lottery area and always ask for the sale. They’ve been selling Lottery for over 10 years. Brandon describes Clark Sylvania Marathon as a neighborhood store with customers that they know on a first name basis. Over the years relationships have developed and they have seen how winning brings smiles to the people’s faces.
Lottery sale representative Roger Silberhorn says the store managers do a great job keeping ticket bins full and putting the new games up as soon as they come in. He adds that while the store isn’t a big place, they make the best use of counter space. They have point of sales in the windows, carry 40 instant games and this business has a weekly sales average of $5,781 for instant and online games.
Clark Sylvania Marathon will be recognized on Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on June 4. Lucas County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WTVG ABC Channel 13 in Toledo. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Congratulations Clark Sylvania Marathon!
