I would like to know why after several attempts to redeem my non-winning lottery tickets on my lottery rewards site after not remembering my initial password, the lottery site set to re-set my password and every time it gave me a new password, I would try said new password and be denied. Being informed that the password just given was incorrect. This consistently happenend and on different days attempted. Is there an explanation?
