WAVERLY – As a retailer, when you’re excited about something, promotion is easy. Robert Osbourne owns Ozzy’s Drive Thru and describes his business as exciting, ever-changing and busy. Located at 318 W. Emmitt Avenue in Waverly, the Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Ozzy’s Drive Thru as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of June 27, 2016.
With a dedicated Lottery playing area and signage on display, the Drive Thru sells from inside and out. Employees greet customers with smiling faces and repeat their requests back to them to ensure accuracy. This is their way of delivering great customer service while asking for the sale. The one-stop shop is a lucky store, and when players win they come back and buy other products.
Lottery sales rep Rachel Elliott says Ozzy’s Drive Thru employees are easy to work with, excited about what they do, and are good listeners when it comes to promoting Lottery sales. The store carries 28 instant games over the counter, and has a weekly sales average of $5,405 for instant and on-line games.
Ozzy’s Drive Thru will be recognized on Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on July 2. Pike County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on their local cable stations. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Congratulations Ozzy’s Drive Thru!
