Mit says that his employees know what their customers play. They have a dedicated lottery play area and throughout the year they conduct second-chance drawings. They even have special groups that play lottery together.
“We ask for the sale and we keep pushing the tickets daily with a fresh new approach. We offer the newest tickets and cash all winners,” he said. “All of our employees are KENO experts. We display all of our winners on the wall because it inspires more people to come and play. We keep smiling faces and we talk to our customers, answering whatever questions they might have.”
Sales Representative Chip Taylor says the Patel’s keep striving to have the business go to the next level with their new ideas, promotions, ticket displays and attention to detail.
