Blue Ash Shell is April 24, 2017 Retailer -of-the-Week

BLUE ASH – Blue Ash Shell first opened as a Shell Station in 1997. With twenty years under their belts, Rob and Lori Miller say they built their business with in-store signage and state of the art jackpot signs. Located at 10415 Kenwood Road in Blue Ash the Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Blue Ash Shell as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of April 24, 2017.

Did you get your lottery tickets yet? Did you get a megaplier with that? If you don’t play, you can’t win. These phrases characterize Blue Ash Shell. The business has a dedicated lottery area with a TV monitor that advertises the various lottery games, and they make sure they have a well-stocked bet card area. Lori says they have a wide variety of games, from the smallest to the largest price range.

“We learned what sold best and then we adjusted our stock from there,” she said.

Blue Ash Shell has gotten to know their customers and what games they usually buy. They remind customers of high jackpots and they have their own office pool. We have regulars that seem to win frequently.

“They are a great retailer and they’re good with their customers. They keep their bins full,” sales rep Michael Grause said. Blue Ash Shell carries 54 instant games. Weekly sales average $6,600 for instant and on-line games.

Blue Ash Shell will be recognized on Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on April 29, 2017. Hamilton County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WCPO ABC – Channel 9 in Cincinnati. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Congratulations  Blue Ash Shell !
