PORTSMOUTH, OH –Since 1977 Richard and Chris Staker have been selling lottery, making it a simple and easy process for their business. The Ohio Lottery pleased to recognize Staker’s Service Drugs as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of July 10, 2017.
Located at 826 Chillicothe Street, Staker’s Service Drugs sell as many instants as possible, keeping their instant ticket display in the most visible place in the store. Occasionally they will have second-chance drawings. They cash all winning tickets, and help with the claiming process when larger amounts are won.
“We promote our lottery by making it easy to access and by offering a Lottery play area,” said Letha Holsinger, the store’s lead clerk.
Described as a model agent, Rachel Elliott, their sales representative says, “this retailer knows all the games well.” Being knowledgeable on all games makes the process of selling simple. They have a reputation of cashing all tickets. They keep the most visible display and always keep the bins full.”
Staker’s Service Drugs carries 44 instant games and has a weekly sales average of $6,260 for instant and online games.
Staker’s Service Drugs will be recognized on Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on July 15, 2017. Scioto County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on their local cable station. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Congratulations Staker’s Service Drugs!
