Edward Airhart of Warren is getting ahead of the holiday season. He won a $500,000 top prize on the recently released Season’s Greetings. He receives $355,000 after mandatory federal and states taxes totaling 29 percent. Lottery News Connection II in Warren receives a $5,000 agent bonus for selling a top-prize winning ticket.
Dallas Slack of Glouster is with his friend Jimmy Ward in the Athens regional office after winning $150,000 on the Win It All instant. Slack is using his net windfall of $106,500 to buy a home and a car. The 22-year-old winner says he likes to play instant games because he knows immediately whether or not the ticket is a winner. Slack bought the ticket from Kroger’s in Trimble where he works. Kroger’s receives a$1,500 agent bonus for selling a top prize-winning ticket.
Jeffrey Wasylik of Sandusky won $82,000 after matching all five numbers in the October 19, 2017 Rolling Cash 5 game. He receives $58,220 after mandatory taxes. He bought the ticket from Harney’s Market in Sandusky. Harney’s Market receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a 5-of-5 Rolling Cash 5 ticket. Not new to selling big prizes, Harney’s Market sold a $400,000 Anniversary Millions on October 30, 2014 and a $100,000 Kings instant on March 28, 2012.
Kathleen Erb of Marietta won $50,000 after she scratched Gold Mine.
It’s going to be a nice Christmas, Donna Lause of Leipsic said . She won $10,000 on Max the Money.
Anthony Faught of Jackson won $10,000 on the Willy Wonka Golden Ticket.
Angela Manring of Shawnee won $10,000 on Game of Gold. Manring said she has never won anything like this before but her dad, Don, who accompanied her to the Athens office was on Cash Explosion. She said she is using the win to pay bills and replace windows in her home.
Warren Seman of Cleveland won $10,000 on Monopoly Millionaires’ Club.
Helen Finch of Crooksville won $10,000 on Game of Gold.
