TOLEDO – Having fun with the Lottery and being entertaining are keys to the success of Bottom Line. Mr. & Mrs. Terry Carroll own the business at 2053 Starr Avenue in Toledo. As owners of that business, they know when customers are having fun — it changes everything. The Ohio Lottery is pleased to recognize Bottom Line as Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of December 18, 2017.
A Lottery agent since 2008, this neighborhood location built the business by providing good customer service and being pro-lottery with online and instant games. Employees are well-trained and are constantly talking about the jackpots and winning tickets. They conduct quarterly online promotions and pay all winning tickets. Bottom Line employees make sure there are plenty of supplies on the tables and in booths, and they make sure their customers get their bets in on time.
The Bottom Line describes their business as successful because it is established and a well-liked business in the neighborhood. It’s a fun place to socialize and play KENO and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s entertaining because customers get involved when picking numbers in groups and watching the monitors, cheering when the numbers come in and they win.
Lisa Brackett, the sales representative chose Bottom Line because she says they make sure instant games are activated as soon as they arrive. She added that Shannon, the manager, is excellent in explaining new games and has excellent rapport wither customers. “They really like and appreciate her efforts,” she said.
Bottom Line carries 25 instant games from the WinStation and has a weekly sales average of $4,400 for instant and on-line games.
Bottom Line will be recognized on Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on December 23, 2017. Lucas County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WTVG ABC Channel 13 in Toledo. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Congratulations Bottom Line!
