Owner of Forty Proof, Albert Badawi, is no stranger to what it takes to be a great Ohio Lottery retailer. With over 26 years of experience selling lottery products, he knows what it takes to make sure everyone receives the attention, and service that they deserve.

Promotion of their Ohio Lottery games is a big part of the store’s function. There is a wall of winners hanging in the store to create excitement about winning. They also have multiple second chance drawings for customers to win prizes.

To be a successful Lottery retailer, owner Albert Badawi offers this advice: “Be honest and keep a variety of tickets; offer good service to your customer and promote new products.”

Forty Proof averages $27,740 in weekly sales for both instant and on-line games and carries 50 instant tickets over the counter.

Each week, the Ohio Lottery recognizes one outstanding retail partner who offers courteous service and sales enthusiasm. Retailer-of-the-Week is chosen based on recommendations from the store’s sales representative and regional sales office staff. Forty Proof will be recognized on Cash Explosion® on Saturday, May 5.

Montgomery County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WRGT TV 45 and WKEF TV 22 in Dayton. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 10 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
