Ohio Lottery Press Releases
I just saw your press release, about how the lottery took in 2.48 Billion for the fiscal year. Well I know how much it helps schools, ect. I really feel that since people are having such a hard time of it and trying to win because they are out of work, ect.
I feel that all the people who keep the lotteries going should also benefit too! I have never seen so many LOSING scratch off tickets in my whole life of playing the lottery!
It is a crying shame that I won’t play instants anymore, I feel if I lose now this is by my own fault picking my own numbers. Win or lose( WE )the lottery customers keep this going. So I would like to see postive changes from the Ohio Lottery for all of those who scrape together monies, to get to play…have something good to win. Many of my friends and family agree. WE NEED MORE WINNERS!!! OHIO LOTTERY IS ISSUING MORE LOSERS! CHANGE IT OR WE WILL ALL BE LEAVING!
First of all, thank you for your comment and for playing Ohio Lottery games.
Here’s some fun information to consider – in Ohio, we have more than 10 million Lottery winners every month. With 10 million winners in a 31-day month like July, that’s 322,580 a day or, to look at it another way, that’s 120 million winners every year. Some of them have shared their stories on our winners site and maybe someday you’ll be one of them.
Check out our Ohio Lottery Web site, where we post details on all of our instant games, including your odds of winning. Take a look at the site, shop around and hopefully you’ll find a ticket that’s right for you. Because after all, you can’t win if you don’t play.
Thanks for playing the Ohio Lottery and for reading our blog.
This is a great post and may be one that can be followed up to see what are the results
A partner sent this link the other day and I will be excitedly waiting your next blog post. Carry on on the fantastic work.
Found out your internet site via google the other day and absolutely liked it so much. Keep up the truly great work.
A Very easy to follow article . Every time i read your website i find a unique perspective . Furthermore , as a fresh developer, i should mention that the structure of your blog rocks . Can you post the name of the theme . I find it hard to choose among all these themes and widgets.
Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for your comment and compliments! The theme we use is 2010, it was created by the WordPress Team. To brand the site, we added our official logo and the logo for the State of Ohio to the header provided. We’re actually working on some fresh ideas for this so please keep an eye out for updates. We added our official brand blue as the background to make the content pop a little more. The widgets we use include; search, blog subscriptions, RSS, Twitter, recent posts, categories, and archives. We chose the widgets we thought would be most helpful for our readers so we’re very happy to hear that you like it!
First of all ,you have picked a very nice theme . You gave me an idea for a future project that i want to create . In addition ,i really enjoy most of the posts and your unique point of view. Thanks
Thanks Britteny. We are delighted that you like the blog. Keep checking in and feel free to comment, ask questions or offer suggestions!

After I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there any manner you possibly can take away me from that service? Thanks!
I’d be happy to take your comment down to stop the notifications but I’m not seeing that your comment is posted? Did you use another log-in?
Would be nice to get some more winners in the scratch offs for sure, but only in the ones that I like to play! HE HE.
I have see many winning tickets come before my turn or after my turn. Like the other day a woman in front of me won $10,000.00 on a $20 ticket. Congrats to her! The best I have ever done is $500.00 though. Keep up the excellent work!
I like coming back again to this blog. Since I added this to my bookmarks, this blog is improving. Keep it up! Cheers, Mike.
I rarely win on scratch offs but the fun to buy every now and then, can’t win if you don’t play! Justin Kresty
The scratch offs are fun to play! The best I have ever done was $500
whatever happened to the scratch off page which told how many winners of all different amounts that were left for each ticket. I found that very useful and fun. ? sincerely, Sean O’Meara
You can still find that information on our website. I’ve inlcuded the link below!
What happened to ten oh
Ten-OH! is no longer being offered. We are always looking for new games to offer to our players, and we launched Pick 5 as a replacement. We hope you’ll give it a try!
I was wondering something. Does everyone have to have their name and picture published without getting a lawyer and trust?
Hi Lisa! Lottery winner information is considered a public record. We issue press releases for winning claims with the winner’s name and hometown, but the photo is up to the winner.
